About Me
After my own postpartum experience, I began my journey towards helping other moms navigate this enormous life change with support and time to feel all the feelings.
I provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space for my clients to process the challenges that come with this season of life- whether it’s anxiety, depression, rage, identity shifts or birth trauma. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood and to breathe easier.
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University at Albany, SUNY.
I’ve been working in private practice since 2019 and am trained in CBT. I received my certification in Perinatal Mental Health in order to further help moms through their journey.
No matter what technique we’re using, I tailor my approach to each client as therapy is not a one size fits all experience.
